一、Vacuum Casting Line in HEFEI Plant    

There are four Vacuum Casting Lines with large, medium, and small types in Hefei plant, equipped with primer and topcoat spraying lines, suitable for the production of various construction machinery, industrial vehicles, and special vehicle counterweights, as well as other structurally simple gray iron and ductile iron parts. The maximum size of flask is (mm): 3800*2350*600/800。

       二、Vacuum Casting Line in LU'AN Plant      

There are also four Vacuum Casting Lines with extra-large, large, medium, and small types in LU AN plant. The medium and small line are fully automatic and efficient production lines (15 molds per hour) The factory is equipped with processing, primer and topcoat painting lines. The maximum size of the flask is (mm): 4000 x 3000 x 700/950, capable of producing over 20 tons counterweight products.
